When you submit our quote request form, we collect the details you provide — name, phone number, email address, property location and service requirements — via our form processor, Formspree, Inc. We do not use tracking cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the site.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and — where you have agreed — to deliver the services you have booked. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-party processors

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, and appointment booking is handled by Acuity Scheduling. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details of how they process data on our behalf.
